How long are the Solo's normally kept, is it 12 years?
What about the other buses, how long are they kept for, before they're normally replaced?
GCT have registered the 335 going to North Shields from the 22nd March - provides some good links for Hadrian Park, and also from North Shields to key business areas like Quorum.
However this pretty much confirms the 42 and 42A will be scrapped from North Shields - i’d say that’s a PVR reduction of 3 or 4 without looking.
Looks like the 19 will also be scraped from Ashington to Northumberland Park, PVR reduction of 2.
GCT have also registered the 41 and 42/42A which i guess is evening and Sunday’s.
I believe the 11 PVR will increase by 1 as from what i’ve heard it’ll be serving Holy Cross.
What i would guess will happen, is the 40 and 41 will be every 15 minutes throughout the whole route, partially replacing the 42 and 42A?
