From the VOSA listing it seems like it's going to be every 30 minutes from Hadrian Park to Howdon only via Wallsend. The section from Howden to Hadrian Park the other way being scrapped altogether. There's also no mention of the 40 at all so suggests that it's not going to be a clockwise and anti-clockwise route anymore with the 11 going via Holycross to replace the 42/42A.
