Do Sunderland and Chester le street count then     

21 Angel of North to Gateshead.   
Q1 Gateshead to Central Station 
10 Central station to Metro centre

Sunderland is wearside, so yes. Chester le Street is County Durham, so no.

On the 20 route, East Rainton is Sunderland but West Rainton is Durham.

You can't even use the postcode as a clue because Peterlee is SR but Hetton le Hole is DH.
