I'd hope that Nexus would have studied the passenger data and pass usage heavily during the procurement phase, and would have been able to properly communicate to those likely to be impacted by these changes. But then again, I also hope that Newcastle will win the league... ?

Maybe but aren't Go North East still running the 11, 42 etc even though they lost the Evening/Sunday contracts?
