Eldon Square Bus Station is jointly owned by Intu and Newcastle Council so I would imagine it could stay open.
Regardless of who owns or operates the metrocentre interchange, if there's no shops open, restaurants to eat in or a cinema showing films - people aren't going to be getting the bus there.
The likes of the 100 will be redundant.
