It was the same with the one they held for the young person tickets. I think about 7 people turned up for the focus group. As someone who works in market research and knows how it works, it was quite clear by the questions being asked what they wanted the results to be.
They word the questions in such a way, and target the conversion so that the only real answers are the ones they want, they're not there to find out people's opinions, they're there to validate the opinions of the company holding them.
