I wouldn't consider it worrying tbh. They've had to work out dupes as a shot in the dark for the first few days and maybe week. Capacity has been added where they think is necessary and will be closely monitoring the data received to improve the services which are struggling for capacity. More will no doubt be added, especially as new buses are arriving and adding additional capacity into the network. Rome wasn't built in a day.
