In the past, threads were continued, with the headings changed to reflect any new franchise - rather than create a new one.
I prefer the heading expanding, to show each of the franchise names for example: East Coast/Virgin Trains East Coast/LNER as I feel it allows continuity, rather than a thread for each of the three.
