Of course a separate article could have been done to mention this, but when there's so much more information going out to passengers at the moment (both of these retail park stories, changes to bus times over the festive period, as well as a lot of other information), it runs the risk of being "too much".
What about the people who get the bus so often they don't need to check the times anymore, I know my bus comes at 15 and 45 past the hour, if it changed to 10 and 40 without me knowing, I'd miss it! (assuming I didn't check the live times, which I don't always do)
