Go North East seasonal services

If they're looking at boosting tourism I'd have gone something like., Whitley Bay  North Shields, Tyne Tunnel, Jarrow, Washington and then direct to Beamish.  Serving areas that would require a change at Newcastle or Gateshead usually and provide a direct service instead.

Looking at the times on the GNE website, I'm assuming its a one bus (possibly one driver?) affair. Journey time from Whitley Bay to Beamish will be substantially longer than Newcastle, so that immediately limits the amount of trips you can fit in.
