I noted at least two consecutive X1's impacted by traffic and according to the twitter feed, both the 1230 and 1242 didn't operate from Newcastle. 
Granted 36mins isn't that long to wait in the grand scheme of things, but I'd be annoyed if I'd not been allowed on the 1218 due to social distancing and then had to wait until 1256 before being allowed to board a bus.
