Redcar need to debrand their pulsars as they end up on everything but the 63

They’ve been using them on express (X3/X4) routes for capacity over the Temsas while the 63 gets Temsas with limited capacity (less of an issue now admittedly) on a 12 min frequency.

Today Stockton’s 1553 is running around on the 63.
