I'm guessing if they go Hydrogen they'd have to build their own generation plant as I don't believe there is anywhere local to supply it, although I could be mistaken on that.

I do think that for a lot of GNE's routes Hydrogen would probably be the better of the electric options due to it's higher energy density enabling a longer range, although that could all change depending on how much change we see in battery technology.

I don't think it's as simple as dropping infrastructure in, as I thought it had to run through a pipeline or something. Admittedly I don't know a lot about it though!
