He's talking about it's not fixing anything and when everywhere does Euro 6 you'll get to a stage you can't just shift buses around to prop up an area. Why should Sunderland suffer because Newcastle decided they wanted a Euro 6 zone. What happens if Sunderland decide the same?
How exactly is Sunderland suffering? They’re still getting a return of the same number of buses being transferred out. Personally I think the Versa is a better bus than the streetlite.
