Aye it is I think. Doesn't the 1 do the route from North Shields to Whitley now pretty much if you exclude the bit around Marden estate pretty much. Seems the better fit imo especially since it goes through Tynemouth but obviously makes sense they can't since it's getting Streetlites soon.
