Personally don't see the point in this. If you wanted something like this you'd be better building a fit for purpose site near Eighton Lodge / The Angel with a large P&R site. It'd be as cheap as retrofitting lifts in a pretty grim bridge which is an issue in itself. You'd also have the bonus of 21, 23, 28, X12, X21 and X22 already passing it.
Not that I'd expect anyone to use it's more for the P&R element more than anything.
