Would the PVR need to be increased if it did go to Four Lanes End full time
I’d imagine it would suffer from congestion in the morning and evening peaks on week days so would require increased PVR. Too many cars on the roads down towards Hadricks Mill roundabouts and then along past HMRC to FLE.
