15:51 Chester le Street - Washington 16:06 - 50 (GNE)
Would probably be best off giving yourself less time in Consett and more time in M'bro for a connection. Not sure what the X66 is like for reliability, but I do try and give myself at least 10m connections (though I have given myself 2m connections in the past...
)
