Once the new electrics come in then it's going to displace buses out the red possibly more than 9, I don't believe the PVR of the 6/12/12A is 9. You could replace the E5's but that wouldn't make much sense then you'd just have 5411 - 5419 with nowhere to go instead. I might have missed a route but don't believe I have.
The PVR of the 26/50 is 11 not 12-14 and similarly the PVR of the 6/12/12A is 11 I believe following the Lanchester extension. If 9 Streetlites were freed up by the new electrics then you'd still be a couple short to meet the 26/50 PVR - unless the stipulation would be for just the 8 vehicles funded by the council to be replaced, in which case that would be achievable.
