Mind it's debateable whether they're actually providing extra services since the 21 is still down from its normal frequency and in 2018 it was still every 15 minutes regardless with the X21 aswell.

I forgot when the 21 used to be every 15 mins to Durham. 

They should bring that back, just have 1 go to Brandon the other go to Amazon Factory on peak times
