Imo GNE should guarantee a connection between 

N21 (towards NCL) & N56 (towards SUN) 

N56 (towards SUN) & N60 (towards PKS) 

N60 - Sunderland - Normal Route to Mill Inn - Dalton Park - Murton - Deneside - Seaham - Parkside Every 60 Mins PVR 2 

N56 Sunderland the same till Concord - Washington - Same 

N21 same 

NX1 - Same except Upto Dalton park PVR of 3 

N20 Sunderland - Durham PVR of 2 (Meet up with 60/56) Platforms CDE at Parklane 

Also with Spider Man No way Home releasing X66 should run from the MetroCentre to Gateshead to connect with the 56/21, when it finishes.

I think the connection between N56/N60 should be 100% guaranteed.

Not sure why the X66 should be introduced late for the cinema when there are cinemas in Durham, Sunderland and Newcastle?

The night 56 and 60 interwork so connections are technically already guaranteed.
