They aren't old buses but have been around a few years now on supposed premium Sapphire routes.  If the Sapphire brand is to continue and mean anything, surely it needs fairly new and high spec buses on those services.  Or at the very least a decent refurbishment, get the plug sockets, NSA audio and screen working, replace tatty branding and so on.

Nothing premium about Sapphire anymore, so the brand has been retired.

Anything new to Arriva will be standard blue from now on.
