I wonder if it’s 50/50 or efficient for service x10 to come off southbound at Seaham and serve couple of stops at mill in as you say as by the time the x10 gone south on a19 then turn off a19 then double back to get to Dalton park probably roughly the same amount of time
Traffic lights at Seaham crossroads might cause a problem during peak times with traffic tailbacks though
