, if the buses are less empty these days then if service diverted to pick up new potential passengers and new links, I’m sure it was mentioned before that the x10 is not in competition with the train as the train doesn’t stop along the x10 route and the service is not just for passengers traveling from Newcastle all the way to Middlesbrough

The X10 is now totally unappealing. The end to end journey time is now only a few minutes short of the old X1 due to the various diverions! At least with Northern I might actually get a class 158!
