Consett makes the most sense it's in County Durham, it's not a city bid it's county bid. 90% of the 20 and 50/26 are in Tyne and Wear. I'm assuming it'll be allocated to the 78 which runs the most in County Durham of any of GNE's routes (if it's that anyway).
