If the buses don't take people where they need to be, you could make each fare 1p and it's not going to have that much of a positive impact in the areas that are most important to suits in offices.
Its like Poundland, easyjet or Ryanair.
They built their models on low pricing.
However they also built their models on meeting the needs of the customers and supplying what the customers wanted or needed. Not what suits in offices thought they wanted or needed.
