Rebuilding suggests that he was successful in growing the business, but passenger journeys in all local authority areas that Arriva North East operate have declined massively since 2012 - before Covid.
What is Nigel Featham offering that Martijn Gilbert doesn't? Are we expecting some kind of magic wand here?
