I know social media is always one to be taken with a pinch of salt but in the various groups (and newspaper article comments) I was somewhat disappointed to see some 'Team GNE Colleagues' had found out about the closure of CLS through social media and not a proper briefing. Regardless of holidays/sickness etc a decent HR team would have the right policy in place to avoid this happening.
Reading between the lines all is not well in employee relations (amused at the censoring of anti-MG comments on the enthusiast sites...says it all about the management style really)
