As I've said i was using the bus to get to and from work and it was only 4.10p.... a network one would be 7.80?? Maybe just getting 2 single and getting a lift back on the evening is an option
I totally get that. People feel shafted by energy prices too, but they're not going to make a stand by finding a much more expensive provider instead. It's two cheeks of the same a**e, at the end of the day.

The ticketing talk in the BSIP sounded really promising, but more a voluntary scheme than anything else. Of course, the Government put the kibosh on that with their funding settlement.
The other option would be the powers in the Bus Services Act 2017, which allows local authorities to develop advanced ticketing schemes across multiple LA areas. Perhaps it's time for that to be considered?
