Only way I can see GNE pulling the 311 is if they withdraw Hadrian Park to Newcastle all together with just the 309 & 310 running on a PVR of 13x with Stagecoach picking up Hadrian Park with a 22A.
But I doubt GNE would give up the 311 unless desperate as a 22A would potentially take passengers of the 41/41A from Hadrian Park to Wallsend.
