I was just thinking Riverside to give some support for the X10. Arguably it would be better to swap them round rather than having 4 getting hit hard on the X10 daily plus you've already got the 2 spares there which could make up some PVR for something if needed. The random route I was thinking was something like the 58, it used to be a route which always got newer buses on but it's got outdated ex London B9 stock on atm and it's a number short aswell.
Who knows though.
58 PVR will be 7x so would either need 6336 or 6337. That would then leave Consett with only 1x low height spare as an option which is risky when Euro 6 will be required in the future.
X9 might return in the future within a few years but not anytime soon I reckon.
With the 21 & 25 moving to Riverside, GNE would have 8x B9TL and 1x B5TL covering a total decker PVR of 69 (10/A/B - 21 - 27 - 58 - 93/94 - X10 - X21) with 6336-37 moving to Consett as spares if 6338-43 end up on the 47 and 6344-51 end up on the X30/X31/X45
