Pretty much the reason given, must say I'd sooner see the B5s remain on the X21 vice StreetDecks again as the B5s have a higher top speed which considering there's no longer the luxury of lengthy layovers in the schedule is more beneficial for timekeeping than a StreetDeck only able to do a max speed of 48mph.
