The promo video must have hit the spot, if we're going from slating the GNE Commercial team to nominating them for an Oscar. Votes of confidence don't get much better than that!

Plus, I'm sure they'd much rather have this, than a pat on the back on offer at the Route One awards.

I actually think it's a really good promotional video. It's eye-catching, keeps you focused to the end of it and delivers the messaging - so exactly what it should be doing. That aside, I'm not sold on the actual benefit of producing work like this, and I'd be really interested to see the marketing projections on it.
Everything that they do should be with a forecasted return in mind, but I'm unsure what that would be for the Q3? Whilst I think it serves well for Newcastle City Council to say they've got green buses running around the City Centre (lets just brush all those Diesel ones under the carpet) and Quayside, is it more likely to achieve organic growth in any of the areas outside of the City that it serves?
