Will the ROI be greater than that? Not sure. Throw in the new vehicles and that's quite some investment, with no guarantee of a return (I'm excluding tax payer contributions at this stage).
Whilst I agree promotion and marketing needs to be stepped up across the industry - who will see this ad and will three people in boiler suits be enough to get people to make the switch?
