For a multinational company with a marketing budget, 85k views in a year (across two videos) isn't great at all. Plus a view isn't the same as a unique view, nor is it someone watching the whole video.
In comparison, I've picked a random account with 62k subscribers. An individual with no marketing budget, and he's grabbed 40k views in 8 hours.
Their Facebook video views aren't great either, given they've got nearly 90k followers, but they're not running them as ads. The X-Lines one from August last year has 8.6k views.

For their facebook all they really advertise is driver jobs, cancellations, service changes, and ticket prices. The last one is great however the other two should really not be happening, the first one rarely. However they should be advertising routes 65, East Gateshead Area, Seaham to Sunderland Express, X10, Tyne Valley Ten.
But GNE should join local FB groups to advertise their services. But you need more customer service people than the 2-3 which they have now, they also need to be open longer.
Aswell We are sorry but due to a breakdown on the service 94, the 07:50 journey from Gatehsead to Heworth will not run, but what it should say is
