Would it be possible to get a refund from GNE? I got a Q3 in Newcastle to go to Wallsend, but the driver changeover was messed up by management and I ended up getting off at the Law Courts because I didn't have time (only had time if everything went to plan). Perhaps I was expecting too much on the first day, but it ended up being a waste of money. Just a short ride, and videos in Newcastle.
