I know this is getting slightly off topic, but under that agreement Vodafone are managing all of the masts in the west, and O2 are managing all of the masts in the east. The only exceptions are a few large cities where they both have their own sites, and their 5G networks are separate currently. If you look at their coverage checkers, they are pretty much identical.
