I personally find the StreetDecks more spacious upstairs, but I guess that's just down to the fact the E400s are low height. 
Plus, the higher windowline means you actually get somewhere to rest your elbow.

I wonder why GNE didn't opt for low height StreetDecks when they ordered the 3 E400 originally. 

Honestly the StreetDecks are quieter in my experience too, E400 just rattle (i think i might have complained about it a while ago). 

Whats the cost price of an E400 MMC V Streetdeck?
