The union have asked drivers not to shunt buses on the strike days already.

Yardmen can't even allocate the correct buses and they want a pay rise. 

Also apprentices will need to have drove a car for over a 1, and past their HGV test which I think GNE take on apprentices from 16/17(i think)/18 and not all of them would even have a car license it might be more than some.
