If GNE were intending to have this advert broadcast on TV, their claims (certainly around pay) would have to be substantiated.
I would imagine that GNE has sufficient evidence to prove their claim around pay based on the average amount their drivers are paid/hours that they choose to work over and above the minimum guaranteed 39hrs.
With overtime rates (particularly on weekends) being much higher than £12.83/hr, I don’t think drivers need to do much overtime to hit a £30k salary figure.
