Allegedly one was down to wiring of the e-fans fitted during their refurbishments.

others may have been down to wonderful design features such as fuel return pipes and injectors directly above the exhaust manifold.

I’m by no means an expert, but it looks like that one started near the front, so another cause could have been a binding brake.
