Also, 30016/17 are with East Midlands at Mansfield not West Scotland (with '16 off the road currently with fire damage)

Not telling, cos it's fun watching the speculation (and also I don't want to look like a moron if they've changed their minds)
When it says "Engine Malfunction" it generally means it's gone into limp mode at some point (some of them keep going into limp mode until the engine warms up then it's fine, although I've had a couple do it seemingly because of high revs. 005 did it to me on the Felling Bypass for seemingly no reason whilst I had about 50 people on, which wasn't terrifying at all) - I've had it clear itself before (although I was often turning the engine off cos of standing time). I've noticed little change in performance (although it seems to limit the kickdown on some).
They seem to be using the 29100-999 and 30000-999 ranges for EVs (29020-022 are E350Hs - presumably Hybrids). From Bustimes, the EVs elsewhere are numbered as follows:
29101-109; Guildford P&R 200EVs
29110-118; Perth 200EVs
29201-205; London 200EVs
29301-306; West Scotland 7900Es
30001-017; West Scotland 200EVs
30101-125; Inverness Yutongs
So based on that, I can see our's going in the 29400 or 30200 range.
28000 range is exclusively our gasbuses. The next one numerically after 28040 is 28602, which is a diesel Scania E300 - it looks identical to our's, just without the gas tank on top. That range continues 28748.
