- To maintain effective service delivery, could GNE not be the lead 'controller' for service delivery (with Arriva supervisors / managers also having access). Obviously this would mean a subfleet for Blyth if Arriva needed to fit radios.
Why would GNE be the lead when it's Arriva's corridor and both have totally different ways of regulating services.
Also the reason the long layovers are at the Tynemouth / Whitley Bay end is because if things are delayed at Blyth then they just swap the bus out using buses usually from the X7 - X11.
