Could be any number of reasons. 

1) It’s stopped there while on the way elsewhere to get fuel and driver having a break. 

2 ) It’s been transferred in as they is a shortage so is there on loan. 

3) It’s been moved permanent reaching end of its life as a service bus and going to be used as a driver training bus.
