Is it to do with emissions standards and/or meeting disability requirements, or just generally newer vehicles will be more appealing to customers?
I haven’t read the detail so I don’t know their requirements but the stricter the requirements the better surely.
Within a few years NSAs will likely (and rightly) be a mandatory requirement too.
