The rest of it is a 5 minute walk from the end of Hylton Road.They already do (technically) - through travel is allowed at Quarry View and Ocean Road, unless the bus terminates and either heads back or goes to the depot.
There's literally nothing else of note along there and the hourly 18 is more than enough.
