Whole incident and response from GNE goes to show why there's a driver shortage!

Seems across all bus operators that there are too many "Blakey like" managers, who are out to catch drivers out and stamp their authority, rather than acting in the best interests of driver welfare and dealing with things in a reasonable and considered manner!
