Does ToonLink need deckers? I didn't think they got that busy. Is the idea to upgrade services to deckers as many a require them? As we've seen a few upgraded in recent years Red Arrows, Cobalt Clipper, Fab56, Ten, Laser, Crusader, ToonLink possibly.

But isn't this just about Percy main been unable to operate effectively? There's no real reason for the Centurions to be on the 9 when it has 4 allocated omnicity, with Renowns 5165/5166 & a few Lolynes available to cover in where necessary. There wasn't a vehicle shortage?
