County Durham's timetable site suggests the following is the case for Peterlee:

22 Durham - Peterlee - Sunderland (half hourly,  full route)
23 Peterlee - Hartlepool (half hourly)
GNE's 201/202 taking the 22B route via Acre Rigg Road in the daytime.

Unsure on any other changes occurring from that date.
