Yeah some of yous worked it out - that's not 36973. It's 36975. I can only assume they swapped the front panels and forgot to change the number on one as I passed the real 36973 and it had the correct number.

The correct number was displayed everywhere else, yes, the license plates match, and yes I did report it.
